If I Am Willing To Go Out Of Usa. What Should I Do To Stop My Car Insurance For 2 Or 3 Month?
The person above me is correct that you cannot stop your car insurance unless you own it, free and clear (have the title in your name and possession).
If you do own the car, and the car is not being used, then you can call and have it canceled at any time for as long as you like.
Most states (not all) require you have insurance on your vehicle at all times.
If you are storing the vehicle at a residence in a garage at a home, then it will be covered under the homeowner’s policy as long as it is not being used.

If your car is financed, you agreed to keep continuous insurance coverage on the vehicle for the term of the contract. In many states, if you cancel your insurance, you have to turn in your license plates.
call your insurance company, number should be on your ins. card. just ask them. the worst they could say is no.
its never good to cancel ur insurance even if its for 2-3 months. theres a gap, and its not good for ur record. ask ur insurance about parking insurance. i mean, no ones gonna drive ur car right? its not going anywhere unless its stolen…parking insurance will still cover ur car…and it’ll be cheaper too while ur gone…
